How long can I use the app for free?
You can use the app for free forever.
Can I use the app on iPhone 5 or 6?
No. It requires iPhone 6s or later.
Can I use the app on Android smartphones?
You can download it from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.ac.it_chiba.hananona&hl=ja&gl=US
Can I use the app on my iPad?
Yes. You can use it on iPad (5th generation) or later, or on iPad Pro.
Can I use it on my PC (Windows or Mac)?
No. But you can try Web version. Open the site https://flowers.stair.center in your browser.
Where can I find the Privacy Policy and Individual Bylaws in the Terms and Conditions?
The “Individual Bylaws” referred to in the Terms of Conditions are “Privacy Policy” and “How to Use”, which you can find in the Menu.

■ Handling of Data

Q1. How are the captured images and usage information handled?
In the HanaNona app, captured images and usage information are processed only on the device, and are never sent to any external server.
Q2. Is any data transmitted while the device is online?
No.
Even when the device is online, image data and usage information are never transmitted automatically.

■ Use and Sharing

Q3. May I post screenshots of the identification result on SNS or a blog?
Yes, there is no problem.
You may freely share screenshots of the identification result screen on your personal SNS or blog.
The app also provides a share feature that lets you easily share the result, so please feel free to use it.

■ Personal Information

Q4. What kind of personal information does the app collect?
At present, the HanaNona app does not collect any personal information.

■ Terms and Policies

Q5. How will I be notified if the terms of use or the policy is changed?
When there is a significant change, we plan to inform you via the following channels.
  • Update notes on the app store
  • Notifications and menus inside the app
How can I cancel the app?
Just remove the app. There is no information about users in the server.
Is it possible to change the font size?
The font size for the iPhone version is fixed and cannot be changed.
The font size for the Android version is linked to the system font size. You can change the font size by going to "Settings > Screen > Font Size".
